Signing in

Create an account#

   Open sign up

   Go to the Lucius AI sign-up page.

   Enter your email

   Provide the email address you want to use for your account.

   Set a password

   Choose a password that meets the required criteria, then confirm it.

   Create the account

   Select Create Account. Lucius AI sends a verification email to the address you provided.

Verify your email#

Open the verification email from Lucius AI and select Verify Email. Once your account is activated, onboarding continues automatically.

Joining an existing workspace#

If an administrator has already invited you, Lucius AI detects the pending invitation once your email is verified and shows you the workspace you've been invited to.

• Accept — adds your account to the invited workspace and opens the dashboard with the permissions your administrator assigned.
• Decline — rejects the invitation. Lucius AI continues the standard onboarding flow, where you choose a plan and create your own workspace.

Resetting your password#

1. 01

   Start the reset

   On the sign-in page, enter your account email and select Continue, then select Reset Password.

2. 02

   Check your email

   Open the password reset email and select Reset Password to open the reset page.

3. 03

   Set a new password

   Enter a new password that meets the required criteria, then select Continue to save it.

4. 04

   Sign in

   Return to the sign-in page and sign in using your new password.
